Ian’s agricultural experience comes from growing up on a sheep and cattle farm in North East Victoria, Australia. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrew has a proven track record of entrepreneurial business success in Australia and Asia spanning over 30 years. In addition to leading the commercialisation activity at Global Kinetics Corporation, Andrew is a Director of Chatsworth Associates, a boutique advisory firm providing strategic advice to private mid-market companies, high net worth family groups and commercialisation departments of Australian Universities.
Dairy Farmer and former MP
Paul is a dairy farmer at Lockington, Victoria and the former MP for Rodney in the Victorian Parliament. In addition to his dairy farming experience Paul is a past President of the Victorian Farmers Federation, a former Director of Murray Goulburn Co-operative, Deputy Speaker of the House, and Chairman of the Rural and Regional Committee of the Victorian Parliament.
Mark Harris is the Global Marketing Manager for Gallagher, which has its headquarters in New Zealand. It is a global leader in the innovation, manufacture and marketing of technology solutions for animal management, security solutions and fuel systems.
Beef Farmer and Agribusiness Innovator
Ms Corrigan brings a wealth of industry and company director experience to the Agersens Board. She is a successful business operator, innovator and director with a deep understanding of the landscape of Australian Agribusiness. She is an experienced non-executive director with expertise in livestock systems, supply chain innovation, productivity and sustainability.
Principal, Pesel and Carr
With extensive experience in corporate and marketing communications, Barbara founded Pesel & Carr in 1997 specialising in issues management and media relations and has been awarded nationally and internationally for her work. Barbara’s wide market knowledge supports her critical strengths in balancing a range of business issues with the most effective communication program to produce meaningful and measurable results. Barbara has sat on numerous boards. She is currently Deputy Chair of Lyric Opera of Melbourne, Vice-President of the Lort Smith (Australia’s largest animal hospital and community outreach organisation) as well as a director of the Animal Welfare League of Australia.
